Real Estate Agent, Landlord, Investor, Private Lending: I am a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area. I have spent most of my life divided among some of the city’s finest neighborhoods: 14 years in Center City / Art Museum Area; 14 years in Mt. Airy / Chestnut Hill; 7 years in Roxborough / Manayunk (I have owned property there since 1999) and since 2010 I currently reside in Springfield Township / Montgomery County. I have extensive knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs and have provided real estate services & tours for relocation clients since 2004. I own several investment properties in the Philadelphia area. I also have gotten into private lending and have enjoyed that aspect of investing. Would be interested in partnering up on some deals and getting more involved in the investment world. Have been listening to Bigger Pockets, Choose FI, & Mad FIentist among many other great podcast.
