I am a physician by day and night. My specialty is diagnostic radiology. I practice at Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii alongside my wife, who is also a diagnostic radiologist in addition to her nuclear medicine subspecialty. When I am not spending time with my children and wife, I use my spare time learning about REI. Currently, we are private money lenders, but we did have a buy and hold out-of-state rental that we sold a couple years ago. Initially, our goal was to build only passive income streams but without intending to retire early from medicine since we both love our professions. However, my recent interests have turned to flipping in HI (realistically, part-time and/or live-in flips) and out-of-state turn-key investments, but even that may change as my knowledge base grows.
