I've been highly interested in real estate for a long time. My parents are investors and also many friends. Currently my biggest obstacle is getting approved for a loan for my first rental. I want to focus on multifamily investing to get passive income then move on to more risk/reward investing. I have a close business partner who i have helped renovate his first property and who is a major resource in terms of seeing the process from start to finish. I am ready to begin my journey in financial freedom.
