Marta Rodriguez

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Marta got her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work specialized in cognitive pathologies such as Alzheimer’s. After years of working in a hospital seeing patients struggle to find the right health resources, she started her own company to tackle this problem head-on. But life had other plans for her. In 2017, she moved to Southern California following her husband’s career. With her comfort zone completely crushed, no job, no social connections, but still eager to give back, Marta helped families of international researchers to make LA feel their home away from home. And this is how she realized how important it is to find a “home” rather than a house. Motivated by this thought, and by the investment opportunities, she got completely hooked by Real Estate. In less than a year, Marta got her license, bought a fixer-upper property, added a second unit, and earned the title of “The Stucco Girl” by doing part of the work herself.
