I started investing in June of 2016, and I am a big fan of the BRRR strategy. After purchasing a duplex for cashflow only, I have transitioned to the BRRR strategy, and at this point (8/17), I've done this successfully one time with two more houses currently being remodeled. I have done this in a LLC, at this point. I kind of shoot and then aim, so I have put myself in a pickle on the exit side, so I am looking for any advice or references for places to secure long-term financing on the back end (the refinance).
