Marty Friedemann

I got into real estate by working part time in high school as an escrow assistant. I started my first company after the crash, negotiating loan modifications and short sales. I pivoted from that into consulting on property development, primarily doing heavy value add on luxury homes, but also some retail and multifamily work. Now I am branching out on my own. I have the experience and most of the team in place to handle multifamily buy and hold or residential flips, I just need the equity partner.
