I am a "forced into retirement" financial manager who is too young to retire. I am also a CPA who would like to work in something more exciting and where I have more control of my destiny. My husband is just retired and we have opened an LLC for property purchases and rentals. We just moved to Albuquerque from Southern California after selling our home there. We are looking to invest in real estate properties here.
