Hi I am a realtor in Hawaii and a new real estate investor. Currently looking to acquire my first deal. Interested in flips in Hawaii, and BRRRR/turnkeys in out of state.Types of properties I am looking are SFH/multi-units. I'll (hopefully) have solid investment portfolio in 5 years so I can take my parents travel wherever they like. As for myself, I'd much love to get back into sailing and try circumnavigate around the world, and take road trips to experience a van life!! I can work with English/Japanese/Spanish speakers I am always up for a tea or a coffee to share ideas Bio My unique background throws lots people off. I am trilingual. I am fluent in Japanese, Spanish, and English. When people meet me in person, they can't quite figure out and wonder where my accent is from. I was born in Peru to a parent of Okinawan background and spent my childhood from kindergarden through high school in Japan. I went to Australia for study abroad program to learn English for a year, spent collage years in Seattle, Washington, and completed my BA degree in International Relations and Political Science at Hawaii Pacific University in Oahu. I have lived in Oahu for almost a decade. I enjoy spending time outdoor outrigger canoeing, spearfishing, hiking, surfing, camping, BBQing, eating great cuisine, and as well as spending time indoors researching and learning new things, and reading books.
