I'm a software engineer, entrepreneur and leader with 20 years experience in the startup world. I recently sold my first company to LinkedIn and trying out corporate life for a while. I live in one of the most expensive cities in the world, where I've sadly come to the conclusion that I will not be purchasing my first home. I'm not ready to commit $1.5M for a modest home - it's just not worth it at this point. But I'm fascinated by Real Estate and I am diving in head first to become an RE investor, looking to make my first deal inside of 2020. I'm looking for a turnkey rental as my first property so I can learn before going on more diverse deals in the future.
