Young-ish investor looking to learn and grow! Previous MLO, now in the Tech industry. Looking to expand my rental portfolio as I grow older. The money is a motive but so is providing quality housing and service without gouging margin just because I can, something myself and countless of my friends and family didn’t experience the majority of the time.
