Hi, I’m Matt. I’m a real estate developer, builder, and investor based in Bend, Oregon, focused on thoughtful residential development, self-storage, and improving the environments we live in. Through Caresco NW, I create design-forward residential projects that honor the fabric, feel, and charm of Bend. Our work ranges from infill townhomes to modern multifamily communities, with a focus on craftsmanship, timeless design, and long-term value. I also operate Block Self Storage, a self-storage portfolio in the Pacific Northwest.
