Matt Chestnut

I am currently a Senior Regional Manager for a Top 50 NMHC owner based in Seattle, WA. Leveraging my 15 years of experience executing value add, renovation, and new development strategies for the most successful investors, developers, and owners in the country I am currently working to create multifamily investment opportunities to serve the objectives of my surrounding investment community through syndication. My vision seeks to maximize investor returns while simultaneously delivering best in class resident living experiences with the intent of fostering ‘raving fans’ in both my investor and resident audiences. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Finance degree (Go Dawgs), earned the UW Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate, and am a designated IREM Certified Property Manager. In my free time I enjoy getting outdoors with my family, where you can find us skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or camping depending on the season.
