My wife Cherie and I have been studying real estate investing for almost 2 years with many hours of reading and audio, seminars, and meet ups. We have a silent investor now and we are actively looking for our first deal. We have run analysis on many properties and have found deals that were bought up fairly quickly. We have enough knowledge and a great network of people to feel really confident, but still a little nervous, to jump right in on our first deal. We are excited and motivated to contribute to Bigger Pockets and hope to meet some excellent people and mentors.
