Like many investors, I started out with single family, but I learned very quickly I needed to pursue multi-family properties to scale. My portfolio consists of college rentals and class B & C multi-family properties. In addition, I have served as the general contractor for a handful of new construction builds and the development of a small multi-family project. Future Goals: *Add 3-5 out of state Short-term/Vacation Rentals to portfolio in 2022 *Add additional multi-family units to portfolio in 2022 *Acquire land for future development *Position self to GP side of a syndication deal Accomplishments: *11 years of real estate investing *90 units with sole ownership (Mostly small multi-family 8 to 24 units) *LP investor in 2 multi-family/commercial syndication projects *General Contractor experience: Several new builds *Small multi-family development experience *Project Management: Overseen the renovation/contracting of dozens of units *Property management: Self & 3rd party management experience
