Name is Matt, just a simple man born and raised In Southwest PA. I was a bit wild when i was younger but learned the hard way everytime! I have a small construction company for almost a decade but have been doing construction since i was 15.. Ive been able to make good money but not wealth.. Given my age being 34, and the shape our future seems to be going there wont be no help when im 65 or 70 so One thing i realized is i am not getting any younger so my only option is Change what im doing so i can survive later in life. Thats where Real estate comes in to play and the main reason im here. I can gut & remodel a house faster then alot of contractors can remodel a single room.... Not being arrogant but i just took pride into finding a system that i worked my butt off & kept improving and eventually its just something ive mastered, some people say i have a gift however in my eyes everyone on earth has a gift but there has to be sacrifice, dedication, and determination. Im at a point where I know My vison and skillset that i have if I get in with one person with who they have a willingness to learn and a drive to do big things then thats a done deal.. There is no holding back im ready to relocate if its in line with someone elses path.. So please reach out if Theres even a thought in your mind that we could potentially help one another. Very excited as to what this journey brings so i hope everyone else is as well! I was even willing to find a mf unit or multiple properties to manage since ive done complete renovations to small and medium repairs for the last two decades. So I know excatly what the position requries and literally own every tool and or piece of equipment thats needed I am very confident that there will be someone this reaches thats able to see the benifit and the value that a partnership will create I also have every tool there is thats needed for complete land development to putting the metal on the roof at the final stages.. Ive been a Stone mason for the last 5 years doing custom outdoor pizza ovens, along with close to twenty of the South Wind Condos at Seven Springs mountian resort just to give you an idea. I have pics i can send if anyone should be interested... Just trying to give you a bit more background without putting everyone to sleep. On top of that my greatest experience of my past would be the fact that is Ive worked for myself All those years so Ive controled the booking Part of the business to so i gained alot of knowledge in the finance and accounting part of the system... Lets just say Rich Dad Poor Dad Changed my way of looking at our broken system to the point that Ill never be able to "Unsee" certian things in our Nations history and it really just hit me not long ago since all I think about is what happened ? When did we start being let down the wrong path and it pretty much started right when the World War One veterans would have all died off is when they took gold and silver out of circulation.. That was the begining of the end when everything started to go haywire in our country, I get myself heated thinking about how many of my ancestors alone who died in the war to protect each & every one of us so when i start thinking about that and the fact that we are letting them down somethings got to give! I know I finally have the framework to true wealth, & it has NEVER been more clearer for me then it is right now! ...I Look forward to seeing who all is interested in networking and building relationships that constantly push one another to be better! It can be very exciting if you think about. We get one life lets make it count!
