I am just getting started in the real estate world. I am currently looking at the house hacking option for 2-4 plexes. My goal is to get in to the STR-MTR market. Currently I am looking in the Myrtle Beach SC, Branson MO, and Utah areas On the side I have been in construction for 10+ years and I am currently working on epoxy showers and countertops.
