Looking to invest my time, energy, and money into an endeavor of at least 100 units(doors) in ten years. My penchants for real estate grows with each book I read and podcast listened to. Would like to network with other individuals who are investing in the North and/or Central Jersey areas. Only interested in Single family homes for flipping or seasonal shore rentals.
