Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” sparked my desire of the idea of cash flow by having my money work for me rather then working for money the rest of my life. My WHY is to have Financial Freedom with cashflow so I can avoid being stuck at work when my kids have any event. Being a father that’s present is important to me. I plan on doing this by applying what Coach Carson shared in his book “Retire Early with Realestate” by the buy and hold method, house hacking, buy 3 hold 1 and the 1031 Exchange to help snowball capital in more properties or use Rental Debt Snowball to pay down the houses quicker. HOW am I going to do this? I bought the pro membership mostly because of the investment calculator that hopefully gives me more self education on analyzing deals to know if they are a wise investment or not.
