Hello! I am a long-time real estate investor focused on acquiring distressed single family and small multi-family properties in the Tampa, FL market. I made my first investment in 2013 while living in Pittsburgh, PA but have since moved to Tampa, FL where I continue to acquire properties. I focus on the BRRR strategy with a long-term buy and hold approach. Over the years, I have continued to self-manage my portfolio and I'm always looking for advice and best practices from other self-managers.
