New to real estate investing, but have been researching for about 3 years. Started two businesses eleven years ago with my wife/business partner. Looking to include real estate in our overall income and as a means to acquire passive income. Experience: Have worked along side several family members with their rental properties. Looking to start our own rental endeavor. Real Estate Goals: Aquire several small, single family homes as buy and holds throughout the US. Currently Seeking: Single family homes under $150,000.
