I currently work full time as the President of Operations at a staffing company, and I'm studding real estate investing. I'm currently enrolled in Rod Khleifs mentoring program. I have purchased a buy and hold (duplex) in Roswell, GA. I plan to buy my first 30+unit this year and have a goal of 1000 door by March of 2025. Experience: I have a primary residence and a buy and hold duplex which I have fully renovated. Real Estate Goals: My 2020 goal is to buy a 30+ unit multifamily My long term goal is to create a business in REI through buy and hold and multifamily syndication.
