Hi! I'm close to retirement and have an IRA that's just not cutting it for building what I'd like to have available. Real Estate investing seems to by a great way pad that IRA. I've previously held some rental properties but found that extremely difficult to control, even through a property manager. So whether quick flips or fix and flip would be my main focus. Regards...
