I am an investor and purchaser of properties in distress. Prior to working in Real Estate, I obtained my MSE in Community Counseling & Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. Submitting the Short-Sale Package Review properly, disputing the value, challenging the Lender, when they counter, are roles of that Realtor.
