Hello, I have a plan for my wife and myself to retire by the end of the year 2020 by the way of rental properties. I have no true investor experience, but I did rent apartments in the NYC area as a licensed salesperson for a couple years, admittedly I wasnt highly successful but it did open my eyes to a world I never considered. I have a full-time job and so does my wife, and although I enjoy what I do and the people I work with, i am very tired of doing it. I want us to enjoy each other and have the time and means to have a nicer quality of life, and I believe that can be accomplished through real estate. I do have a plan structured involving low income markets and creative financing techniques to reach a goal of at least 30 properties, comprised mostly of single level duplexes. I would be happy to have my plan critiqued to better my odds of success. 2015 it all begins and any information that I can get would be great.
