Just jumping into the world of investing. I am interested in having positive cash flow coming from out-of-state multi-families. I'd ideally like this to be automated through a reliable out-of-state team (agents, PM's, counsel) with an aggressive buy-in price so that numbers are more favorable to increased positive cash flow. The dream? To leverage to own more multi-families in smaller cities where entry level buy-ins are more approachable.
