I am a real estate agent and real estate investor. I have over ten years’ experience in purchasing and managing real estate. I am an expert in vacation rental properties having personally transacted numerous high-level properties throughout North Carolina & Virginia. Prior to investing full time, I worked as a top corporate contract negotiator for several fortune 500 companies for over twenty years. To top it off I’m highly analytical. I have a bachelor and master’s degree in engineering and business administration from Purdue University. I enjoy numbers to say the least. I now live in the Outer Banks with my husband and three children. Outside of real estate I spend my time with family at the beach, boating, fishing and traveling.
