I just joined the BiggerPocket community. I'm so excited to take in as much knowledge as possible. I've read many books in the past few month. At age 18 I partnered with my Mother in her Cleaning Business. Within a year I doubled our clients with long term relationship. After 12 years I turned over the company back to my Mother, to partner with my brother. I had the opportunity to further my knowledge as a personal assistance and property management for a high end clients for the past 7 years. last year we realized that spending time with my kids and Husband was more important to me. I was tired of the rat race life, I got be around wealth, travel and overseen multi- million project from start to finish. I Always new I had a passion for real estate, specially that my husband in the building industry. Long story short: I gave up my rat race life a year ago. We purchased affordable short sale property, specially since my husband was going to be the only bread winner for our family. Now I get to Home-School my wonderful 3 kids. Meanwhile start focusing on real estate investing.
