Hi Guys & Gals. I've been following the site since 2016. I've been listening, reading, watching, ABSORBING, everything possible over the past two years, PLUS went through the process of getting my RE License in California. I have money, a game plan, and now just constantly putting in offers to properties. The process is definitely a test of wills. I can't tell you how many times I have just wanted to give the seller what they were looking for on price, just to get that first property under my belt. But I have yet to cave. At the same time, I have yet to win that first property. So good or bad, it is what it is. Oh, and the TV shows totally lie. :)
