New investor geared toward rental/fix and flip. Diving in head first. I am excited to provide people with a nice place to live and have fun while analyzing(and doing) deals/ doing remodels. I guess it doesn't hurt that I will make some great cash flow doing it as well. My goal is to be able to do well enough in REI that I can pursue passion projects/ service projects without worrying about not charging enough for my time/ not trading enough of my time for money.
