I'm new to the house flipping and investment world. Also I'm new to the PDX and surrounding area. I'm looking to be financially free by the time I'm 29 which is about 1.5 years away. Buying and flipping houses has been an interest of mine for several years, its finally time for me to take the plunge. I work a full time job with part time hours and I have the time to spend working on projects. Restoring houses is a long term goal of mine along with having several houses being flipped at the same time. I enjoy working with my hands and and tinkering with projects for a profit, so to start I will be doing most if not all of the work myself, as time passes and I get into restoring I plan on making the restoration the main projects I work on myself.
