Hello BP family! I’m Melvin and I live in San Diego with my beautiful wife and two amazing kids. I’m a proud veteran (ret. 2022) and an aspiring real estate investor. I am here to learn and absorb as much information as I can before my wife and I embark on our real estate investing journey. We have always spoken about investing but never pulled the trigger due to our lack of overall knowledge in the field.
