Part of the team that launched Zillow Offers in Central Florida. Zillow recruited me, prior to their launch, due to my having an active real estate license and my construction management experience. Initially, I was a Renovations Estimator where I would perform a full assessment of a property and deliver a full renovations estimate prior to their purchase of any particular property. I also provided our team After Repair Values (ARVs) and reports of what upgrades would be most impactful from a Return On Investment (ROI) standpoint. I was promoted within Zillow to supervise their renovations where I would regularly oversee a portfolio of 15-20 property renovations at any given time. I have successfully flipped a property and remodeled and rented a second property. I help investors with anything real estate by identifying potential deals and performing renovations estimates along with either rent ranges or resale values prior to their purchase.
