I am a Residential Real Estate Investor in the LAFAYETTE Louisiana market and surrounding area. I started investing in 2000 in Baton Rouge, LA and currently have 7 residential rentals in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. My strategies includes Buy and hold and Flipping Residential Properties. My favorite strategy is a “slow flip” where I buy a property with substantial equity and rent for a few years and then “harvest” my capital gains. I also work for the Lafayette Homevestors Franchise as an acquisition specialist here in the LAFAYETTE market where we buy for ourselves or wholesale to other local investors. I have been in this business for almost 20 years and love what I do!!!
