Michael Anema

My name is Michael, I'm just starting out. I've dreamed about owning and managing rentals in my area for a long time and have been recently looking into it seriously. I've been in construction for over 10 years, specifically small scale remodels and most recently new construction. I'm trying to learn about lending and different forms of mortgages and all of the accompanying minutiae, but just like with doing electrical work, it seems I have to beat the knowledge into my head.
