Michael Bickel

I have a Bachelors in Finance and will be getting my MBA in the fall of 2017. I just bought my first house in 2015 with the intention of renovating it and selling in a couple years at profit with no capital gains tax. Friends and family have assisted with the renovation so not much labor cost, and I have learned many things along the way that I am able to do myself in the future. Trial by fire. I would like to continue to develop my knowledge of the real estate market and continue to accumulate rental properties, apartment complexes, and potentially get more involved with commercial real estate.
