I've been involved in real estate for 30 years as an investor and property manager. And I'm still learning new things. I had about 50 rentals previously, managed an REO portfolio of over 250 properties for a federally insured bank and moderated a monthly investor meeting in Towson, Maryland where we had 50-125 attendees.
