My investment interests lie in condos, townhomes, and apartments in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. Though this is my first venture into personal real estate investments, I bring a wealth of experience from my 4-year tenure as a commercial agent. My passion for real estate has driven me to transition from facilitating deals to executing them myself. My Journey: I’m retired and have set a goal to generate $130,000 a year through real estate investing. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning all I can about the industry. While working as a truck driver, I spent countless hours absorbing knowledge from hundreds of books and podcasts about real estate investing. Background and Skills: • Military Service: Nearly 7 years in the US Army have honed my ability to thrive in high-stress environments. • Oil and Gas Industry: I’ve worked in some of the harshest conditions, further strengthening my resilience and work ethic. • Commercial Real Estate Agent: My previous role provided me with a solid foundation and understanding of the real estate market. Why Las Vegas: Las Vegas isn’t just my investment focus; it’s my home and my passion. I spend a lot of time driving around town, getting to know each neighborhood intimately. Additionally, I’m a kayak tour guide on the Colorado River, giving tours a few times a month, which fuels my love for Nevada’s stunning geography.
