I am new to Real Estate Investing. I have minimal experience on a couple wholesale deals, but looking to learn as much as I can! My hopes are to get into my first buy and hold through a first-time purchase. I want to start by getting into a value add possible property that I can live in for a few years with my family and then rent it out when I move on to the next.
