Michael Maloney

Nate and Mike are Co-founders of Double Shelter, LLC, a company where we are focused on not only providing amazing homes to our tenets, but also focused on providing shelter for the local homeless. Primarily working out of Indianapolis, we specify in student rental properties. Going after the run-down properties, we throw blood, sweat (equity), and tears into our projects until we get a beautiful and comfortable home that our tenets will love. Outside of real estate, Nate is a financial advisor, club soccer coach, and runs his landscaping business, Roots, LLC. Mike works as a field engineer in the construction industry, as well as running his own candle company, 516 Candles.
