Hello! My name is Mike Rees and I am currently looking for talent and direction. I am developing my business plan currently. I have two properties mortgage free and am wanting to develop my real estate portfolio via a private REIT. I have been a contractor for 20 years and am looking to put my expertise into distressed single family residence with a buy and hold strategy. Develop a management company. I have a unique system for rehab and also a unique investment strategy that will allow for rapid property acquisition and hopefully access into a public REIT within six to eight years.
