Hello Everyone, I am new to the REI world. I have been doing a lot of reading and listening to podcast. I am excited about the opportunity to get to know the BP community. I have had to walk away from a few properties because the numbers did not make sense. I hope to purchase my first property soon. I don't know that I can truly call myself an investor until I get my first deal done. I plan to have a two pronged attack consisting of buy and hold properties, as well as, flipping some properties.
