I'm a young professional attorney, currently engaged in virtual real estate investing from New Zealand in my "spare time". My goal is to put myself into a position to make investing my full time business from the beginning of 2018. My business partner (father) and I started wholesaling in the Florida market at the beginning of 2016, and have been actively investing in the USA since then. My day job as an attorney in New Zealand has given me a great foothold on and understanding of the legal aspects of real estate investing, however I am by no means an expert yet!
