I have acted as a Property & Asset Manager for multiple communities the last 13+ years experience in management of small SFHs to large apartment complex’s. I have my Real Estate License DRE#02102567 and LLCs for management and investment BURRR. My current goals lie in SFHs BURRRs in close proximity to college areas and renting rooms to students. As well as quick MF BURRRs. I am a dreamer, super positive, love to laugh and seek joy in all situations. I have a great eye for budget friendly turnaround/rehabs and bring a ton of grit, and boots on the ground experience. I love people, I love bettering communities, and thrive helping the middle class and less fortunate families growing their wealth. Looking for partnerships/ funding and co-creative opportunities. Other than work I love to dance, hike, travel, and be outdoors. Love connecting with nature, walk through farmers markets, listening to live music, game nights with family and friends and my beautiful kiddos.
