I'm originally from Texas but have lived all over the U.S.. I've lived in Phoenix for 9 years now and married an awesome Phoenix native. I'm a software engineer by trade. Experience: I'm very new to real estate investing. I have a couple of duplexes in the Cleveland area and am actively looking in the Phoenix area. I'm interested mostly in multi-family investing but may also be interested in flipping. Real Estate Goals: Short term goal is to get a better return than a brokerage account. Long term would be to help support us during retirement. Currently Seeking: I'm seeking real estate opportunities in the midwest. I also may be interested in investing in notes and HML.
