I am currently an Active Duty USAF instructor pilot in the T-6A stationed in Enid, OK. Experience: We purchased our first SFH in December 2016 and our second at the end of 2017. We recently purchased 2 more properties, a duplex and a quadplex, bringing us to 4 properties (8 units). Our properties are located in Lexington, KY. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I are educating ourselves now to build a business around real estate investing. The goal is to create a portfolio that will provide long-term, self-sustaining cash flow to support an early retirement and the freedom to travel where/when we desire. Currently Seeking: Real Estate Investing education, mentorship, and our fifth investment property.
