Mr. Obloy co-founded 3F Xchange, a division of 3F Properties. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new real estate opportunities in addition to managing all construction activities of 3F Construction. Previously, he served as Vice President of Development for one of Chicago's premier, mid-sized real estate management and development firms. Over the past 12 years, he has managed the development and construction of over 600 multi-family residential units, 20 single-family residences and over 250,000 square feet of commercial property with a total value exceeding $220 million.
