Commercial Construction Project Manager by day, amateur Real Estate Investor by night (& weekends & in my dreams). Started a weak wholesale marketing campaign in May 2015. Worked at it sporadically while I started a new job later that summer. Currently seeking rehab properties to fix & flip and intend cherry pick some to BRRRR. Obtained my Residential Building License in June 2016. Closed on first rehab property purchase at the end of June 2016. AND AWAY WE GO.....
