Im 35 years old with a wife of 11 years and 4 children. 8,7,5,& 2. We live in Atkins, AR. I bought a hud home a few years ago for 30,000 it appraised for somewhere in the 60's. We have done a lot of work to it. I have 3 properties I've bought and resold owner finance. I am in the process of doing my 4th. I took the real estate test several years back and failed. It seemed too hard so I gave up on that. Now I preach (not pastor), work maintenance in paper mills and any other jobs I can get. I do real estate so I can do more in the ministry. I'm looking for a Mentor I can trust to teach me how to do more in real estate.
