Hello, I'm Mike! I am the owner and Designated Broker of Two Brothers Realty located in sunny Scottsdale AZ. I got into real estate in 2010 at the age of 19 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2013. In 2012 I purchased my first home in Tempe near the university, I ended up BRRR'ing/ house hacking that home before I knew those were a thing. This first property started my love for all things to do with real estate investing, I was able to purchase that first home with little money down, rehab it, rent out the rooms to friends and refinance and pull out the money I invested and in turn, lived in that home for free! A few years later I repeated the same process with a home in Scottsdale. Since then I now have 21 doors and counting! I love to share my experiences of investing in all types of investments, there are numerous opportunities from your traditional buy/hold & fix and flip, to multifamily investing, short-term rentals in the Airbnb space and much more! Experience: I joined my brother in the real estate industry in 2010,together we formed the Ratzken Team and have since been expanding, my experience includes single family homes, multiple dwellings & apartment buildings, condos, office condos, town-homes, short-sales, bank owned, Hud homes, and relocation's ect. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to help my clients create wealth through investing and owning real estate, and to become their lifetime Realtor, my job never ends at the end of the transaction.
