Michael Ryan

Hi, my name is Mike. My day job is an Assistant Principal at a high school in a Cleveland suburb and my hobby is real estate investing. I have been a BP podcast junkie, book reader, and real estate investing learner for three years and just recently made my first investment in a single family home. I have used what I've learned from BP to BRRR the property (haven't repeated yet) and vet a number of tenants to find a tenant and place into the home. I'd love to connect and network with other investors in the Northeast Ohio area.
